All our programmers and designers work in our offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

// What does the work schedule entail for both part time and full time, breakdown of hours?
Full Time (8 hours a day, from Monday till Friday) | Part Time (4 hours a day, from Monday till Friday)

// Is all design work rights waived/assigned to my company?
If so can I get this in writing? Yes, no problem at all!

// Besides design what other work is designer capable of doing? Example would be cutting thumbs, photo retouching/optimizing, putting together gallery templates, etc.?
