Ultima DVD Owner Offers Reward for Capture of Alleged Killer
The owner of Ultima DVD is offering a $2,000 cash reward to anyone who can supply the police with information that leads to the capture of Stephen Hill, aka Steve Driver. Hill is wanted in connection to the murder of fellow performer Tom Dong in an incident that also seriously wounded two others.
